Ingredients
-
500 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
pieces Salt, table
-
pieces Oil, olive
-
500 g Pasta, noodles, fresh
-
1 teaspoon Carrot, fresh
-
1 l Water
-
2 dl Sweet cream
-
100 g Sour cream
-
pieces Spices, garlic powder
-
300 g Cheese, edamame
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
-
Season the chicken cutlets with salt, then fry them in olive oil for 2 minutes on each side.
-
Roughly break the mlinci into a baking dish or pot. Heat 1 liter of water, in which you have mixed homemade vegeta (recipe here) or a bouillon cube. Pour the water over the mlinci and let them sit for 5 minutes to absorb the liquid and soften.
-
In a bowl, mix cooking cream, sour cream, salt, and onion and garlic powder.
-
In a baking dish, sized 25 x 20 centimeters, first layer half of the drained mlinci and sprinkle half of the grated cheese over them. Arrange the fried cutlets on top and pour the juices from frying and half of the cream sauce over them. Continue with the remaining mlinci, sauce, and cheese.
-
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 40 minutes to let the cheese bake nicely. Serve the prepared dish with a bowl of salad.
