250 g Date, fresh or dried

3 spoons Sugar, white

6 pieces Orange, fresh

1 handful Pistachio

1 piece Lime, fresh

Using a sharp knife, open the dates and remove the pits. Then cut them in half and place them in a larger bowl. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice. Peel the oranges and fillet them with a small sharp knife; cut between the membranes to get peeled segments. Discard the membranes and white parts. Shell the pistachios.

Add the orange segments to the dates, pour the lime juice over everything, and mix well. Finally, sprinkle the fruit salad with shelled pistachios and powdered sugar. Serve in small bowls and enjoy.
