Cut the tramezzini bread into triangles with a sharp knife, then wash the tomato. Remove the green part of the tomato and slice it into rings. Drain the mozzarella well and also slice it into rings. Wash the lettuce and tear the leaves into smaller pieces if needed.

Place a lettuce leaf on one triangle slice of bread. Add two tomato rings and two slices of mozzarella on top. Cover with another triangle slice of bread and press together. Serve or wrap in transparent food wrap.
