Ingredients
-
280 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
2 teaspoons Baking powder
-
3 spoons Cocoa, powdered, sweetened
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
70 g Sugar, white
-
60 g Butter, unsalted
-
300 g Yogurt, plain, from skimmed milk
-
150 g Powdered sugar
-
1 piece Egg, egg white, fresh
-
200 g chocolate, dark
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place paper liners in the muffin tin cavities.
-
Melt the butter in a cup and let it cool slightly. In a larger bowl, sift the flour, add half of the colorful chocolate candies, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt, and mix everything well. In a smaller bowl, lightly whisk the eggs, add sugar, yogurt, and melted butter, and mix everything well with a whisk. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the flour and mix just enough to moisten all the ingredients.
-
Fill the muffin tin cavities three-quarters full with the batter. Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake on the middle rack for 25 minutes, until the muffins turn golden brown. Remove the tin from the oven and let the muffins cool slightly.
-
Make sugar icing from powdered sugar and one to two teaspoons of egg white. In a small bowl, pour powdered sugar, add egg white, and mix until you get a sticky paste. Take the cooled muffins out of the tin and decorate them with sugar icing and colorful candies as desired.

If you want a colorful glaze, use food coloring mixed with prepared sugar icing. You can also make sugar glaze by mixing powdered sugar with water, lemon juice, etc. If you dont have paper liners at home, grease the muffin tin cavities and dust them with flour before baking.
