Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the muffin tin. In a bowl, mix the flour, ground almonds, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream, and oil. Mix well.

Combine the mixtures from both bowls and mix thoroughly. Fill the muffin tin cavities with the uniform batter and place three almond slices on top of each muffin. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Remove the baked muffins from the oven and let them cool. Then take them out of the tin, arrange them on a serving plate, and serve.
