Mushroom Toast

Ingredients

0.5 piece Onion, raw

1 spoon Oil, olive

1 pod Garlic, fresh

20 dag Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

3 twigs Parsley, fresh

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 spoon Sour cream

4 slice Bread, whole grain
Steps

Thoroughly clean the mushrooms, wash them, and slice them into thin pieces. Peel the onion and garlic, and finely chop them. Wash the parsley and set it aside for garnish.

Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Quickly sauté the onion and garlic in the oil, then add the mushrooms. Stir everything together and cook for another 2 minutes, then season with pepper and salt to taste and add the sour cream. Mix the ingredients well and remove the pan from the heat.

Toast the bread (in a toaster, oven, or on a pan) and arrange it on plates. Top the toast slices with the mushroom mixture and garnish the plates with parsley. Serve.
