Steps

Clean the mushrooms thoroughly, rinse them quickly, and slice them thinly.

Chop the anchovy fillets together with parsley, basil, and capers. Add mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

Pour the sauce over the mushrooms, mix them, and let them marinate for at least two hours before serving.
