Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Use a paper towel to remove any dirt from the mushrooms, then cut off the stems and slice them in half lengthwise. Leave the caps whole, then arrange everything in the baking dish.

Pour oil into a small bowl and add chopped parsley and crushed garlic cloves. Mix well and spread or stuff the mixture onto the caps and stems, then season with salt and pepper. Bake the mushrooms in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
