Mushrooms with Gorgonzola

Ingredients

500 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

200 g Cheese, Gorgonzola

1 piece Onion, raw

4 spoon Oil, olive

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 teaspoon Spices, thyme, dried

1 bouquet Parsley, fresh

2 dl Sweet cream
Steps

Peel the onion, wash it, and finely chop it. Wash and chop the parsley. Clean the mushrooms, wash them, and slice them into thin pieces.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion until it becomes translucent. Add the mushrooms to the pan, cover it, and let everything simmer for 10 minutes. Evenly distribute thyme and parsley in the pan and mix. Crumble the Gorgonzola and stir until it melts. Finally, pour in the sweet cream and mix well. Before serving, sprinkle with pepper and serve with mashed potatoes.
