Ingredients

100 g Cheese, Cheddar

1 piece Onion, raw

1 piece Bell pepper, green, fresh

1 piece Chili peppers, green chili, fresh

1 piece Chili peppers, jalapeño, fresh

1 teaspoon Spices, chili powder

150 ml Sour cream

50 ml Oil, plant, sunflower

1 bag Chips, tortilla
Steps

Wash the vegetables and dry them with a paper towel. Grate the cheese, slice the onion and both types of chili into rings (remove the seeds beforehand), and cut the bell pepper into strips.

Pour oil into a deep pan (wok) and fry the nacho chips. Drain them on a paper towel and transfer the chips to a baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Sprinkle cheese over the chips, then layer the onion rings and green bell pepper on top. Evenly sprinkle with chili, then optionally add jalapeño and green chili. Use a spoon to scoop sour cream and spread it evenly. Place the dish in the oven for five minutes to melt the cheese, then serve.
