Ingredients
filling
-
60 g Butter, unsalted
-
2 spoons Milk, whole milk
-
20 g Pudding, vanilla
-
230 g Powdered sugar
glazura
-
120 g chocolate, dark
-
1 spoon Butter, unsalted
podlaga
-
110 g Butter, unsalted
-
50 g Sugar, white
-
30 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural
-
200 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
70 g Coconut, flakes
-
50 g Walnuts
Steps
-
Make the base: Crush the cookies. Crack an egg into a bowl and whisk it. In a pan over low heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat and mix in the sugar and cocoa powder, then gradually stir in the egg. Return the pan to the heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens, which takes 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract, cookie crumbs, coconut, and nuts. Spread the mixture into a baking dish, press it down evenly with your fingers, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
-
Make the filling: Using a hand mixer, beat the butter until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth and uniform. If the filling is too thick, you can add a little milk. Spread the filling over the base, cover again, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-
Make the glaze: Break or chop the chocolate into small pieces. Place the chocolate and butter in a metal bowl and melt them over a double boiler. Stir the melted chocolate until smooth and uniform. Pour the melted chocolate over the filling and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
-
Cut the slices with a sharp knife, arrange them on a serving plate, and serve.
