Cut whole grain bread rolls in half and spread the bottom halves with low-fat cottage cheese. Wash the radishes thoroughly, clean them, and slice them into rounds. Wash the chives thoroughly and chop them finely.

Top the cottage cheese with exactly four radish slices and sprinkle them with chopped chives. Close everything with the top half of the bread roll. Arrange the whole grain rolls on plates and serve.
