Ingredients
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
50 g Green beans, fresh
-
6 pieces Salad, ice
-
1 piece Tomato, red
-
2 spoons Mayonnaise
-
4 pieces Cucumbers, sour
-
1 teaspoon Carp, soaked
-
2 spoons Mayonnaise
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, basil, dried
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
185 g Fish, tuna, in brine
-
2 piece Tortilla, wheat
Steps
-
Pour cold water into a small pot. Place the pot on the stove and gently place the eggs into the water using a spoon. There should be enough water to completely cover the eggs.
-
Wait for the water to boil, then remove the pot from the heat and let the eggs sit in the water for another 8 minutes. Then drain the eggs and cool them under cold running water.
-
Clean the green beans (remove any strings) and rinse them. Place them in a pot and cover with enough water to completely submerge them. Add a quarter teaspoon of salt to the water. Place the pot on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat slightly and cook the beans for about 10 minutes. The beans should be cooked but still firm.
-
Drain the cooked green beans well and cool them with cold water. Rinse the lettuce leaves and tomatoes. Dry the lettuce leaves and cut the tomatoes into 8 pieces. Peel the egg and cut it into quarters.
-
Dice the cucumbers and finely chop the capers. Open the can of tuna and drain the excess liquid. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, capers, cucumbers, dried herbs, and pepper. Add the tuna and gently mix everything together.
-
Place the tortillas on a clean work surface. Place three lettuce leaves on each tortilla. Arrange the green beans in a straight line in the center. Add the tuna mixture, tomatoes, and eggs. Fold the top and bottom edges of the tortilla over the filling, then roll the tortilla from left to right into a roll.
-
The prepared rolls can be served immediately or wrapped in plastic wrap and stored in the refrigerator.
