No-Bake Apple Slices
The base of this dessert is pureed apples, into which we cook vanilla pudding and mix in cottage cheese. Combined with cream, a white chocolate glaze, cinnamon, and caramelized nuts, we get a true delicacy.

Caramelized walnuts

5 pieces Apples, rose

4 spoon Sugar, brown

1 bag Pudding, vanilla

4 pieces Gelatin powder, unsweetened

250 g Cheese, cottage cheese

250 g Sweet cream

1 spoon Powdered sugar

1 bag Sugar, white

200 g chocolate, dark

2 dl Sweet cream

40 g Butter, unsalted

2 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
Steps

Peel and clean the apples, place them in a pot, and puree. Add brown sugar and heat until boiling.

Mix the pudding with 7 tablespoons of water and cook it in the hot apples.

Prepare 4 sheets of gelatin according to the instructions. Remove the apple mixture from the heat and mix in the soaked gelatin. Once the mixture cools, mix in the cottage cheese, then pour everything into a baking dish.

Whip the sweet cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Spread it evenly over the apple mixture.

Finely chop the chocolate. Heat the cream in a pot almost to boiling and pour it over the chocolate. Wait one minute, then mix well. Finally, add butter and cinnamon, mix again, and pour the mixture over the cream. Store the baking dish in the refrigerator to let the dessert cool and set.

Place sugar in a pot and slowly heat it without stirring until it caramelizes. Add the walnut kernels, mix, and pour the mixture onto a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Once the caramelized nuts cool, roughly chop them.

Before serving, cut the cooled dessert into slices of desired size, garnish with caramelized nuts, and serve.
