No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake
The preparation of this dessert is quick and simple, and you wont spend a fortune on the ingredients. You can make the cake in a round or rectangular shape, and you can also mix candied fruit into the biscuit mixture to add a festive touch. A great dessert for celebrations and parties.

First, prepare the sugar syrup. In a small pot, add sugar, water, butter, and cocoa powder. Place it on the stove and slowly bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Let the syrup boil for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove the pot from the heat and let the syrup cool for 10 minutes. Then, mix in the walnuts, rum flavoring, and dried fruit. Set the mixture aside.

Break the biscuits into smaller pieces and place them in a large bowl. Pour the syrup mixture with walnuts and dried fruit over the biscuits. Mix well so that the sugar syrup coats all the biscuit pieces.

Transfer the biscuit mixture into a round cake pan (23 cm in diameter). Press it firmly with your hands to compact the mixture. Refrigerate the pan for 1 hour.

Prepare the chocolate ganache. Coarsely chop the chocolate. Pour the sweet cream into a small pot and heat it until it almost boils. Remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate to the hot cream. Wait a little for the chocolate to melt, then mix well to create a smooth chocolate mixture. Pour this over the set biscuit base. Spread the ganache evenly over the entire surface using a spatula and smooth the top. Refrigerate the cake for 3 to 4 hours before serving (or overnight).

Carefully remove the prepared cake from the pan and serve it on a plate or platter. Decorate with walnut halves, chocolate shavings, grated chocolate, etc.
