Ingredients
-
80 g Butter, unsalted
-
200 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
400 g Chocolate spread, with hazelnuts
-
500 g Cheese, creamy
Steps
-
Melt the butter together with a tablespoon of chocolate spread. Grind the biscuits (or crush them with a rolling pin) and mix them with the melted chocolate butter.
-
Cover the bottom of a 20-centimeter cake pan with the buttery crumbs. You can also use a cake ring, and if you have acetate foil on hand, you can use that as well. Press the mixture slightly with your palm or the back of a spoon to create a compact biscuit base. Place it in the refrigerator.
-
Mix the remaining chocolate spread and cream cheese well with an electric mixer. Spread the cream evenly over the biscuit base and smooth the top. Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, preferably overnight.
-
Once the cake is well chilled, cut it into slices and serve with whipped cream, fruit, or a scoop of ice cream if desired.
