No-Bake Chocolate-Caramel Cookies

At our home, these beautifully decorated and very pretty no-bake cookies are very popular. They have a taste of chocolate and roasted hazelnuts, filled with caramel and decorated with a silky cream of rich flavor. A taste you will never forget. They can also be given as a gift and will always receive a lot of praise.

Ingredients
Caramel

100 g Sugar, white

1 dl Sweet cream

1 teaspoon Butter, unsalted

1 pinch Salt, table
Cream

250 g Cheese, creamy

2 spoons Chocolate spread, with hazelnuts

350 g chocolate, dark

1.5 dl Sweet cream

250 g Breadcrumbs, dried

100 g Nuts, hazelnuts

Pour the sweet cream into a cup and heat it until it becomes hot (it should not boil). Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and pour the hot cream over it. Stir a little to melt the chocolate and create a smooth chocolate mixture.

Grind the whole grain cookies and pour them into a bowl. Add the crushed hazelnuts and melted chocolate. Mix to form a uniform mixture. Store in the refrigerator to let the mixture firm up slightly.

For the caramel, pour sugar into a cup and melt it over low heat until it turns golden.

Pour in the lukewarm cream and cook until the caramel melts. Add butter and a pinch of salt. Stir. If there are any sugar lumps, strain the caramel.

For the cream, mix mascarpone and Nutella with a hand whisk. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a star tip.

Once all the individual components are ready, start assembling the cookies. Take a spoonful of the mixture and form it into a ball, then roll it in crushed hazelnuts.

Place the ball into a round cookie mold (about 4 centimeters in diameter) and press it with the handle of a ladle to create a hole. Remove the mold to get a cookie with a hole.

Fill the hole with caramel and pipe the cream on top. Decorate with a hazelnut half.

Store the cookies in the refrigerator for a few hours to firm up.
