No-Bake Lemon Cream Pie
A pie that you can prepare in record time, yet it will remain memorable for many guests. You wont need sugar, as the condensed milk is sweet enough.

Ingredients

250 g Breadcrumbs, dried

120 g Butter, unsalted

600 g Milk, powdered, whole milk

250 g Cheese, creamy

75 ml Juice, lemon

250 ml Sweet cream
Steps

Melt the butter and grind the biscuits into crumbs. Mix both and use the biscuit crumbs to line a 24 cm pie dish. Press the biscuit mixture firmly against the bottom of the dish using the back of a spoon or your palm, then use your fingers to pull it up to the edges and create a nice rim. Place the dish with the base in the refrigerator.

In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, mascarpone, and lemon juice.

Whip the sweet cream and fold it into the lemon cream. Spread the prepared filling evenly over the biscuit base and smooth the top nicely.

Place the pie back in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least a few hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
