Ingredients
-
200 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
100 g Butter, unsalted
-
300 g Cheese, creamy
-
500 g Milk, powdered, whole milk
-
300 ml Sweet cream
-
0.5 dl Juice, lemon
-
500 g Strawberries
-
50 g Powdered sugar
-
4 pieces Gelatin powder, unsweetened
-
pieces Strawberries
Steps
-
Crush the biscuits, melt the butter, and then mix the two together to create buttery crumbs. Spread them evenly over the bottom of a 35 x 25 cm baking dish. Press them firmly with your palm to create an even base.
-
In a large bowl, place the cream cheese and pour in the condensed milk. Use an electric mixer to combine the ingredients. Add the cream and whisk for about two minutes until the mixture thickens.
-
Gradually add the lemon juice while mixing. Pour the resulting cream into the baking dish and smooth the top evenly.
-
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water and let them sit for 5 minutes to soften. In another bowl, place the strawberries and blend them with sugar using a hand blender.
-
Pour the strawberry mixture into a saucepan and heat it until it boils. Then turn off the heat or remove the saucepan from the stove and mix in the gelatin sheets, which you have squeezed well beforehand. Stir thoroughly, let it cool slightly, and then pour it over the milky cream.
-
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight, before slicing. Serve with fresh strawberries if desired.
