Ingredients

600 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

2 bags Baking powder

300 g Cheese, creamy

10 spoon Oil, olive

12 spoon Milk, whole milk

Steps

In one bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, and in another, mix the remaining ingredients. Add the dry mixture to the egg mixture and stir or knead everything together until you get a uniform dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper or grease it with butter. Shape the dough into a loaf with your hands, place it on the baking tray, and brush it with milk. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for one hour. While still warm, brush it with butter.

Advice
You can add any ingredients to the dough (seeds, garlic, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, etc.). If you omit the salt and instead use 160 grams of sugar (you can also use lemon zest, raisins, chocolate chips, etc.), you will get an excellent sweet bread. If you dont like a crispy crust on the bread, wrap the baked loaf in a cloth and let it cool. As it cools, the crust will soften.
