Ingredients
-
400 g Pasta, spinach noodles, fresh
-
2 piece Meat, chicken, breasts
-
3 pieces Small pumpkins
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
200 ml Sweet cream
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
1 handful Cheese, Parmesan, grated
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash the chicken fillets, dry them with a paper towel, and cut them into smaller pieces. Wash the zucchini thoroughly, clean them, and cut them into thin sticks, about 3 centimeters long. Peel the onion and garlic, and finely chop them.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Sauté the chicken pieces in the hot oil while stirring. Add the zucchini pieces and chopped onion, and continue to sauté until the onion softens and becomes translucent. Finally, add the chopped garlic, wait until it becomes fragrant, then pour in the cream. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste, and remove from the heat.
-
Place a pot with an appropriate amount of water on the stove. Bring the water to a boil and add salt, then add the wide noodles and cook for the exact number of minutes indicated on the package. Drain the cooked noodles well.
-
Add the drained noodles to the pan with the sauce. Return the pan to the stove and quickly heat the contents while stirring.
-
Serve the noodles on plates, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and enjoy.
