Cookie base

200 g Breadcrumbs, dried

680 g Cheese, creamy

450 g Chocolate spread, with hazelnuts

Steps

Lightly grease a springform cake pan (24 cm in diameter) with butter. Line the bottom and sides of the pan with parchment paper. Finely grind the chocolate cookies and mix them with melted butter. Pour the mixture into the pan and press it firmly with the back of a spoon to create an even cookie base. Place the pan with the cookie base in the refrigerator.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese, vanilla extract, Nutella, and cocoa powder into a smooth mixture. Whip the cream with the electric mixer until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the Nutella mixture. Pour the prepared cream onto the cooled cookie base. Store the pan in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours (preferably overnight) to allow the cream to cool and set.

Finally, prepare the topping. Place Nutella in a bowl, pour the cream into a saucepan, and slowly bring it to a boil over medium heat. As soon as the cream boils, remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the cream into the bowl with Nutella. Wait for 1 to 2 minutes, then mix well to create a completely smooth and liquid topping. Let the topping cool and thicken slightly.

Carefully remove the cake from the pan and place it on a beautiful plate or platter. Spread the Nutella topping over the top and decorate with fresh raspberries. Serve the prepared dessert.
