Nutellini Cookies

Ingredients

160 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

250 g Chocolate spread, with hazelnuts

1 piece Egg, fresh
Steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Add all the listed ingredients to a bowl and mix them slightly with a spatula. Then knead with your hands until you get a dough similar to shortcrust pastry (not completely smooth).

Take a piece of dough and shape it into a walnut-sized ball with your hands. Place the balls on the baking tray, making sure they are roughly the same size and leave a few centimeters of space between them as they will expand slightly during baking.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Remove the baked cookies from the oven and let them cool. When serving, you can optionally dust them with powdered sugar.
