Nutty Cheese Balls

Ingredients

60 g Cheese, Brie

230 g Cheese, Cheddar

230 g Cheese, edamame

3 spoons Mayonnaise, less fat

3 spoons Bell pepper, red, fresh

1 spoon Onion, raw

2 pinch Garlic, fresh

1 pinch Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

230 g Walnuts

Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Sort the nuts and spread them evenly on the tray. Bake them in the preheated oven for 7 to 9 minutes.

Grate the cheddar cheese and Emmental. Combine all the ingredients (except the nuts) in a food processor and blend into a smooth mixture, which should be stored in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Finely chop the nuts and place them in a bowl. Shape the cheese mixture into small balls with your hands and roll them in the chopped nuts. Arrange the prepared balls on a serving plate and serve.
