Oatmeal Cookies with Banana and Peanut Butter
To prepare these cookies, only three ingredients are needed - ripe bananas, oatmeal, and peanut (or almond) butter. We added some raisins, but you can experiment and mix in chocolate chips or chopped nuts (hazelnuts or almonds) into the basic mixture.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Line a low baking tray with parchment paper.

Peel the bananas and mash them well with a fork in a bowl. Mix the banana puree with peanut butter, then stir in the oatmeal and raisins. Stop mixing once you have a uniform mixture.

Scoop the mixture with a spoon and place small mounds on the prepared baking tray. Make sure to leave some space between the mounds, as the cookies will spread slightly during baking. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Advice
