Oatmeal Cookies with Raisins

0.5 cups Butter, unsalted

150 g Sugar, brown

1 piece Egg, fresh

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural

0.75 cups Flour, Wheat, bread flour

0.5 teaspoons Baking powder

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground

1.5 cups Flour, oat

0.66 cups Raisins
Steps

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Sort the raisins, wash them, and drain. In a bowl with a hand mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla.

In another bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix and gradually add to the egg-butter mixture. Finally, stir in the oats and raisins.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then place dollops of dough on it. Leave a few centimeters of space between each dollop. Make about 24 dollops. Use two spoons to help with this.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes. After 6 minutes of baking, rotate the baking sheet. Remove the baked cookies from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.

Transfer the cooled cookies to a serving plate and serve.

Advice
