100 g Oat bran, raw

1 pinch Salt, table

1 spoon Syrup, maple

1 piece Banana, fresh

1 handful Nuts, pecan

Steps

First, prepare the oatmeal. Pour water and milk into a pot. Add rolled oats, maple syrup, and salt, mix well, and place on the stove. Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally, then reduce the heat and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Once the oats soften and you get a thick mixture, remove the pot from the heat.

Peel the banana and slice it into rounds. Place a smaller pot on the stove and melt the coconut oil in it. Add cocoa powder and maple syrup, mix well to get a smooth mixture, then remove the pot from the heat.

Serve the oatmeal in bowls. Add a few banana slices and pecans to each bowl, then drizzle with a little chocolate sauce. Serve the prepared dish immediately.

Advice
Instead of maple syrup, you can use honey or agave syrup, and pecans can be replaced with other nuts. Season the oatmeal with a pinch of ground cinnamon if desired. Water can be completely replaced with milk.
