50 g Oat bran, raw

250 ml Milk, whole milk

1.5 teaspoons Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

0.25 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground

1 spoon Honey

1 spoon Unsalted almond butter

50 g Nuts, almonds

Place a small pot on the stove and add the oatmeal and liquid (water, milk, or plant-based drink). Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and cook the oatmeal for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix in the cocoa, cinnamon, and sweetener of your choice (honey, agave syrup, maple syrup). For a richer and creamier taste, you can also add a tablespoon of almond butter.

Serve the prepared oatmeal in a bowl or deep plate and garnish with almond slices, which you can optionally toast in a pan beforehand. Grate some dark chocolate on top and serve the dish.
