Clean the asparagus and broccoli, wash them, and cut them into pieces. Peel the onion and chop it into small pieces. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk them.

Place a pan on the stove, pour in some olive oil, and wait for it to heat up. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the broccoli and asparagus, and cook the ingredients while stirring continuously for about 5 minutes.

Pour a little more olive oil into the pan and wait for it to heat up, then pour in the whisked eggs. Use a spatula to mix until the eggs are evenly distributed across the entire surface.
