Ingredients
-
30 g Butter, unsalted
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
pieces Salt, table
-
2 spoons Cheese, edamame
-
1 slice Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
0.25 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
pieces Onion, raw
-
pieces Parsley, fresh
Steps
-
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into pieces. Rinse the parsley, shake it well, and chop it roughly. Cut the prosciutto into pieces. Crack the eggs into a bowl, lightly season with salt and pepper, and whisk with a fork.
-
Pour the whisked eggs into a pan where a piece of butter has been melted. Cook them over moderate heat, stirring vigorously with a spatula at the beginning. Once they start to set and form a crust on the bottom, stop stirring to avoid breaking them.
-
When the omelette is still soft and slightly runny inside, sprinkle it with grated cheese and top with pieces of prosciutto, bell pepper, and onion. Sprinkle everything with chopped parsley, fold the omelette in half, and serve on a plate.
