Ingredients

3 pieces Egg, fresh

1 pinch Salt, table

pieces Butter, unsalted

3 slices Cheese, edamame

0.5 piece Avocado, fresh

80 g Fish, tuna, in oil

Crack the eggs into a bowl and while whisking, add a pinch of salt, pepper, and thyme. Prepare and scoop out half of the avocado. Cut it into pieces. Open the tuna can and drain it well.

Place a pan on the stove and heat it up. Add a piece of butter or use another fat and wait for it to heat up. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Lower the temperature slightly and let the omelette cook for a minute or two, then add the chopped cheese. Wait for the cheese to melt and if desired, flip the omelette to cook the other side.

Transfer the omelette from the pan to a plate and top it with tuna and avocado. Fold it in half and serve the prepared dish.
