One-Pot Pasta with Shrimp and Spinach

1 piece Onion, raw

2 pod Garlic, fresh

500 ml Soup base, chicken, cube

1 can Tomato, pieces - can

220 g Tomato sauce, without salt

1 teaspoon Spices, basil, dried

300 g Pasta, Macaroni

450 g Fish, shrimp

150 g Spinach, raw

50 ml Sweet cream

pieces Juice, lemon

pieces Cheese, Parmesan, grated
Steps

Peel the onion and garlic, then finely chop them separately. Clean, wash, and dry the spinach.

Place a large, deep pot on the stove and heat the oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in the chopped garlic and cook with the onion until fragrant (1-2 minutes).

Pour the broth into the pot and add the tomato paste and diced tomatoes. Mix the sauce well and season with salt and a spice blend. If desired, add a pinch of ground pepper and/or chili powder.

Add the dry pasta to the sauce. Stir and increase the heat to bring the sauce to a boil. Then reduce the heat to medium, cover the pot, and let the pasta cook in the sauce for 15-18 minutes. Cook until the pasta is al dente, adding a bit of hot water if needed during cooking.

Add the shrimp and spinach to the cooked pasta. Cook until the shrimp are tender and the spinach wilts. Stir in the cream. Taste the pasta and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can also add a bit of lemon juice to freshen up the dish.

Serve the prepared pasta on plates. Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
