500 g Dough, puff

500 g Onion, raw

50 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon

3 spoons Oil, olive

1 pinch Salt, table

Peel the onion, wash it, and slice it thinly. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add the onion, and sauté until it softens slightly. Then add a pinch of salt and pepper and continue to sauté until it turns golden. Cut the bacon into small pieces.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the risen pizza dough to the edges of a greased baking dish and drizzle with oil. Spread the onion evenly over the dough, leaving about a centimeter of empty edge around the sides. Sprinkle the bacon pieces on top. Bake the pizza in the oven for 30 minutes.
