Steps

Separate the egg yolks and egg whites into two bowls. Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks, seasoning them with a pinch of salt. Mix the egg yolks with baking powder and cream cheese. Gently and slowly fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture in two or three batches using a spatula or spoon.

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Spoon the batter into mounds on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Make about six mounds, leaving a few centimeters of space between them as they will spread during baking. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
