Orange Cake with Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

70 g Nuts, almonds, blanched

85 g chocolate, dark

2 dl Sweet cream

Orange Cake: First, boil whole oranges until soft. Then remove the seeds and blend them smoothly in a food processor. Add whole eggs, almond flakes, sugar, and baking powder, and blend everything together until smooth. Pour the orange mixture into molds and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes.

Chocolate Mousse: Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it over a water bath. Whip the sweet cream and mix it with the melted (cooled!) chocolate. Finally, whip the egg whites and gently and slowly fold them into the chocolate mixture.

Serving: First, place the chocolate mousse on a plate and place the cooled orange cake on top. Add fresh fruit if desired and serve the prepared dessert.
