Orange Coconut Balls
Small sweet balls that, thanks to the combination of sunny orange color and white coconut, remind us of seaside vacations in the middle of winter. Children can be involved in the preparation, who will gladly take on the task – and then immediately enjoy the sweet treat.

275 g Breadcrumbs, dried

140 g Powdered sugar

80 g Butter, unsalted

125 g Nuts, almonds

60 ml Juice, orange

120 g Coconut, flakes

Place a saucepan with butter on the stove and slowly melt the butter. Remove the saucepan with melted butter from the heat and let it cool. Crush or grind the cookies.

In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs, sugar, almonds, butter, and orange juice until you get a uniform mixture. Knead the mixture well, then shape it into balls with a diameter of 2 cm.

Spread the coconut flour on a deep plate and roll the prepared balls in it. Arrange the prepared balls on a serving plate or tray and serve.
