Ingredients
Dough
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
350 ml Milk, whole milk
-
220 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
1 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower
-
1 dl Water
-
1 teaspoon Sugar, white
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 cup Cheese, feta
-
2 piece Orange, fresh
-
1 handful Mint
-
6 spoon Syrup, chocolate
-
1 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps
-
Prepare the pancake batter from the ingredients.
-
Add a drop of oil to the pan, spread it around, and place the pan on the stove. Heat the pan well and pour in the first ladle of batter. Spread the batter evenly across the pan so there are no holes and the layer is as uniform as possible. Cook the pancake on one side – you can use a wooden spatula to lift the pancake and check if it’s cooked. Then flip the pancake and cook the other side. Place the cooked pancakes on a warmed plate. Repeat the process until you have enough pancakes or use up all the batter.
-
Place the mascarpone in a bowl. Wash the orange thoroughly, dry it with a paper towel, and grate about one teaspoon of zest. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice. Add the zest and two tablespoons of juice to the bowl with the mascarpone. Gently mix the ingredients in the bowl with a spoon. Finely chop the mint leaves and gently fold them into the mixture. Spread the mixture over the pancakes and roll them up.
-
Wash the orange, dry it, and slice it. Place two pancakes on a plate, evenly drizzle them with chocolate sauce, and garnish with orange slices. You can also use mint leaves for decoration.

Advice
For a better taste, you can add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter. You can also cook the pancakes with a bit of coconut oil. To keep the pancakes warm, place them on a plate, cover it, and put it in an oven preheated to 50 degrees Celsius.
