Orange Salad with Pistachios
Even in winter, when we dont have a wide selection of fresh fruit, we can prepare an excellent fruit salad. With a few selected additions, we can quickly turn it into an unforgettable dessert to finish off lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

6 pieces Orange, fresh

1.5 spoons Honey

0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground

2 spoons Pistachio
Steps

Coarsely chop the pistachio kernels. First, trim the oranges at the stem and blossom ends. Then cut off the peel along with the white pith, following the round shape of the fruit. Slice the peeled fruit into thin pieces and place them in a large bowl.

Drizzle the orange slices with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Add the chopped pistachios and gently mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Refrigerate the prepared salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow it to cool well.

Advice
