Ingredients

2 piece Orange, fresh

175 g Powdered sugar

300 ml Sweet cream

200 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

Thoroughly wash the oranges and finely grate the zest, then cut them in half and squeeze them thoroughly. Place the orange zest and juice in a large bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Let it sit for 30 minutes, then mix until smooth.

Pour the cream into a large bowl and whip it firmly with a hand mixer. Reduce the speed and slowly mix in the yogurt and the orange juice mixture. Pour the mixture into a freezing container and place it in the freezer for 2 hours.

Serve the frozen sherbet on plates and garnish it with orange slices and fresh fruit as desired. Offer it to your guests.
