Ingredients

8 pieces Apricot, dry

140 g Couscous, dry

500 ml Juice, orange

3 spoons Walnuts

4 spoon Nuts, hazelnuts

2 teaspoons Honey

1 pinch Spices, cinnamon, ground
Steps

Cut the apricots into smaller pieces. In a bowl, mix the couscous with the apricots and orange juice. Cover the bowl and let it sit overnight so the couscous can swell.

In the morning, roughly chop the walnut kernels and mix them with ground hazelnuts. Place a pan on the stove without any fat and lightly toast the nuts while constantly stirring until they turn brown.

Mix the nuts with the couscous and add honey and a pinch of cinnamon. Divide the mixture into four bowls and serve for breakfast.
