Oven-Baked Cauliflower Steaks
Vegetable "steaks" will delight all cauliflower lovers and fans of light vegetable dishes. We prepare them in the oven, without excessive effort, with the addition of your favorite spices.

1 piece Cauliflower, fresh

3 spoons Oil, olive

0.25 teaspoons Spices, paprika

1.5 spoons Juice, lemon

2 pod Garlic, fresh

Steps

Wash the cauliflower and remove the green leaves. Cut it into four thick slices or "steaks" across the stem.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, line a baking tray with parchment paper. Peel and finely chop the garlic. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, lemon juice, chopped garlic, salt, and freshly ground pepper.

Place the cauliflower steaks on the baking tray and brush the tops with half of the seasoned oil (use a brush for this). Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then remove the tray from the oven, flip the steaks, brush with the remaining oil, and bake in the preheated oven for another 15 to 20 minutes.
