Steps

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Remove the skin from the salmon fillets, season them with salt, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with a mixture of seeds.

Place the fillets on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

While the fillets are baking, wash the zucchini and slice them into half-centimeter thick rounds. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Heat a tablespoon of oil and a tablespoon of butter in a pan, add the garlic, and sauté for one minute. Add the zucchini and sauté for 4 minutes. Finally, add the capers and sauté everything together for another minute. Season with salt to taste. Serve the roasted zucchini and baked fillets on plates.
