Steps

Wash and grate one apple. You can peel it if you prefer.

In a medium-sized bowl, add the oats and mix them with chia seeds, chopped nuts, ground flaxseeds, and cinnamon. Pour in the plant-based milk and add honey (or maple syrup) and the grated apple. Mix well to create a uniform mixture, then evenly distribute it into jars for soaking. Store the jars in the fridge overnight.

Wash the remaining two apples and cut them into pieces. Take the jars with the prepared oatmeal from the fridge and add some apple pieces and a few roughly chopped nuts to each jar. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and your breakfast is ready.

Advice
