In a large glass jar with a lid (or container), add the rolled oats, chia seeds, sweetener, almond butter, and cinnamon. Pour in the almond milk and mix the ingredients. Close the jar and store it in the refrigerator overnight.

The next morning, peel the banana and slice it into rounds, then add them to the jar with the oatmeal. You can eat the meal right away or close the jar and take it with you to work or on the go.
