Overnight Oatmeal with Figs, Cranberries, and Walnuts
An autumn version of the popular overnight oatmeal with fresh figs, dried cranberries, and walnuts. To help wake up the sleepy body in the morning, ground cinnamon is added, and for a longer-lasting feeling of fullness, chia seeds and ground flaxseeds are also included in the oatmeal.

Ingredients

1 cup Oat bran, raw

1 spoon Flaxseed

1 spoon Flaxseed

1.5 cups Coconut milk

1 spoon Honey

0.5 cups Yogurt, plain, from skimmed milk

0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground

3 spoons Cranberries, dried

4 spoon Walnuts

Steps

In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except the walnuts, cranberries, and figs. Mix well to form a uniform mixture, then cover the bowl and store it in the refrigerator overnight.

Prepare two glasses in which to serve the oatmeal (you can also use bowls). Fill them about 2/3 full with the prepared oatmeal and sprinkle some chopped walnuts and cranberries on top. Add another layer of oatmeal and sprinkle the remaining walnuts and cranberries. Finally, add the sliced figs on top.

The prepared breakfast can be eaten immediately or the glass can be tightly sealed and taken to work, school, etc.
