24 pieces Shellfish, oysters
-
120 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
20 g Butter, unsalted
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

Cut the bacon slices into small pieces. Add a few pieces of bacon to each half shell. Add a small piece of butter and season with pepper to taste. Place the baking sheet under the broiler for about 5 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.

Cut the lemon and lime into wedges. Serve the oyster halves on a large plate or platter and accompany them with lemon and lime wedges.
