Steps
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, oil, and salt using a whisk or an electric mixer. Gradually add the flour spoon by spoon while mixing, until all the ingredients are combined into a smooth batter. It should be liquid but not watery. Finally, mix in the mineral water. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes before cooking.
