Ingredients
Dough
-
3 pieces Egg, fresh
-
350 ml Milk, whole milk
-
220 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
1 dl Water
-
1 teaspoon Sugar, white
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower
-
3 pieces Orange, fresh
-
0.5 cups Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
4 dl Sweet cream
-
2 spoons Sugar, white
-
200 g Cheese, feta
-
100 g chocolate, dark
-
2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps
-
Prepare the pancake batter from the ingredients.
-
Pour a little oil into a pan, spread it around, and place the pan on the stove. Heat the pan well and pour in the first ladle of batter. Spread the batter evenly across the pan so there are no holes and the layer is as uniform as possible. Cook the pancake on one side – you can use a wooden spatula to lift the pancake and check if it's cooked. Then flip the pancake and cook the other side. Place the cooked pancakes in a warmed bowl. Repeat the process until you have enough pancakes or use up all the batter.
-
Wash two oranges and grate the zest. Squeeze the juice and evenly pour it over the pancakes in the bowl. Whip the sweet cream with sugar using an electric mixer until stiff. Slowly mix in the mascarpone and grated orange zest.
-
Take the first pancake and place it on a larger plate. Spread a spoonful of cream on it and sprinkle with cocoa, then cover with another pancake. Repeat the process until you run out of pancakes.
-
Coat the sides and the top pancake of the cake with sweet cream and sprinkle with cocoa. Grate some dark chocolate over the entire cake. For decoration, wash a third orange and slice it into thin rounds, arranging them on top of the cake. Serve the cake.

Advice
For a better flavor, you can add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter. Pancakes can also be cooked with coconut oil. Its best to use organic oranges, as their peel is not treated with pesticides. If organic oranges are not available, soak the oranges in boiling water for a few minutes and wipe them well to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
