Ingredients
Dough
-
220 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
350 ml Milk, whole milk
-
1 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 teaspoon Sugar, white
-
1 l Ice cream, vanilla
-
250 g Blueberry, raw
-
2 spoons Dressing, caramel
-
2 spoons Dressing, caramel
-
pieces Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps
-
First, prepare the batter: pour the flour into a large bowl. Gradually mix in the eggs, milk, and oil, and whisk everything together with a hand whisk (or electric mixer) until you have a smooth, runny batter. Season with salt and sugar to taste. Let the prepared batter rest for at least 20 minutes.
-
Sort through the blueberries and wash them if necessary. Take the ice cream out of the freezer and place it in the refrigerator.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat it well. Pour a little oil into the hot pan and spread it around. Then pour enough batter into the pan to cover the bottom well. When the pancake is cooked on one side, carefully flip it with a spatula and cook the other side. Place the cooked pancake on a warmed plate and cover it to keep it warm. Repeat the process until you run out of batter. Add oil as needed.
-
Place a warm pancake on a plate. On the bottom half, place a scoop of ice cream. Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the ice cream. Fold the pancake over the filling. Drizzle the pancake with caramel and chocolate sauce, sprinkle with crumbs, and serve. Repeat the process until you run out of pancakes.

Advice
To make the pancakes more tender, add 1 dl of mineral water to the batter. Vanilla ice cream can be bought or made at home. Instead of vanilla ice cream, you can also use any other flavor of ice cream.
