Ingredients
Dough
-
220 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
350 ml Milk, whole milk
-
0.5 teaspoons Sugar, white
-
1 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
1 dl Water
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
pieces Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
200 g chocolate, dark
-
3 pieces Banana, fresh
Steps
-
Prepare the pancake batter from the listed ingredients and let it rest for 30 minutes.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat it slightly, then add a little oil and spread it evenly across the pan. Pour the first ladle of batter into the pan, ensuring there are no holes and the layer of batter is as even as possible. Rotate the pan to spread the batter evenly.
-
Cook the pancake on one side – you can use a wooden spatula to lift the pancake and check if it’s properly cooked. Then flip the pancake and cook the other side. Place the cooked pancakes on a warmed plate. Repeat the process until you have enough pancakes or use up all the batter.
-
Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. Spread Nutella on each pancake, arrange banana slices in the center, then roll up the pancake. Serve the prepared dessert on plates and enjoy.

Advice
If we dont have mineral water, we can use only milk. Optionally, add a bit of baking soda to make the batter fluffier.
